Name of Final Hero Project

I help schools, parks, and community groups in Maryland and Delaware move from idea to a ready-to-use space. We start with a short discovery call and a quick site review, then I outline clear options for play, shade, surfacing, and site furnishings with lead times and upkeep notes. Backed by Bliss Products and Services, I keep each step on track.

Recommendations are tuned to local conditions, from bay winds and coastal salt air to freeze-thaw cycles and summer heat. I confirm coatings and mount types, check access and clearances, and return a package with spec sheets, quantity takeoffs, anchoring details, and budget ranges.

After approval, I coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation and close the punch list so the space opens ready for daily use.
