The process typically starts with a short discovery call and a site review, then the team outlines clear options for play, shade, surfacing, and site furnishings, including lead times and upkeep considerations. Darren Tullier serves as the Louisiana point of contact and coordinates next steps through the process.

Recommendations are aligned to Louisiana conditions, including coastal exposure and summer heat. Darren confirms coatings and mounting requirements, checks access and clearances, and provides submittal-ready documentation with cut sheets, quantities, anchoring information, and budget ranges. After approval, he coordinates fabrication and delivery timing and supports installation through closeout so the site is ready for daily use.
