Playgrounds, Shade, Surfacing, and Park Amenities for West Tennessee
West Tennessee is home to a wide mix of communities - from bustling city neighborhoods to quiet rural towns - and each has its own vision for outdoor spaces. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked alongside local leaders, school staff, and park planners to turn those visions into safe, durable places that people enjoy every day.
My role, with support from Bliss Products and Services, is to keep the planning process straightforward while delivering a finished result the community can be proud of. On any given week, that might mean walking a park site in Memphis, reviewing layout options in Jackson, or meeting with a school team in Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Brownsville, or Dyersburg. Being local provides insight into how sites are used and how design choices affect long term durability. Because of that, recommendations are shaped around real space constraints, traffic flow, supervision, and seasonal weather conditions.
I believe the best projects come from listening closely and working in step with your team. From first sketches to the last bolt tightened, my focus is on keeping the process clear and the outcomes dependable.

Over the years, I have worked with schools, churches, HOAs, and municipalities across the region to bring outdoor spaces to life. In many cases, that ranges from small neighborhood play areas to larger multi use park amenities. The goal remains consistent: create a space that works on opening day and continues performing for years to come.
These categories cover the site elements most locations need. We mix and match based on space, supervision, accessibility, and maintenance. I can provide good, better, best budgets, code-aware layouts, and bid-ready specs so stakeholders see exactly what they are getting.

Every project I’m part of starts with a simple question. How will this space bring people together? In West Tennessee, that can mean a playground buzzing with activity on a summer afternoon, a shaded picnic spot where families meet after church, or a park trail where neighbors walk and talk at the end of the day. My goal is to help you shape a place that feels right for your community and stands the test of time. You can email me at amanda@blissproducts.com or call +1-205-492-4388 any time. I’m always glad to listen, answer questions, and help you get your ideas moving.
Latest Tennessee Projects
These recent Tennessee projects highlight how inclusive play equipment, shade, surfacing, seating, and bleachers are coordinated into spaces that feel welcoming and stand up to everyday use. For example, some projects began with a conversation about budget and timeline before moving into layouts, product choices, and installation planning. As a result, each site reflects both community needs and long term durability.

Available Products for Tennessee Projects
Across West Tennessee, support includes helping parks, schools, and churches choose site amenities that tie a project together and stand up to heat, rain, and daily use. In addition, benches, picnic tables, trash and recycling stations, grills, bike racks, dog park pieces, bleachers, shade structures, and outdoor fitness equipment can be coordinated as a complete package. Once layout details and budget ranges are confirmed, specification sheets and mounting details are prepared so purchasing teams can review everything clearly.

Planning begins with understanding how the space will be used day to day. In West Tennessee projects, the focus stays on the entire play environment rather than a single isolated piece of equipment. That approach includes pairing playground structures with appropriate surfacing, adding shade where families gather, and selecting materials that handle summer heat and seasonal storms. Meanwhile, drainage, accessibility, and maintenance planning are reviewed together so the finished design remains compliant and ready for daily use.
