You will receive two or three spec-ready options with plan views, cut sheets, quantities, budget ranges, and lead-time windows so reviewers can compare and choose the next step. Recommendations account for Tennessee conditions such as heavy rain, clay soils, steep grades, and freeze-thaw cycles.

If you are still at the conept stage, I can also share examples and a short summary you can use with stakeholders. Include a site address or GPS pin when possible so I can respond with more accurate ranges.
