Certifications - Florida Panhandle and the Apalachee Bay region

Every project team is matched to the licensing, engineering, and documentation required for the project. That can include properly licensed contracting for permitted work, professional engineering involvement when an engineered element is required, manufacturer-authorized installation documentation, and the standards references used in submittals. Working with Bliss Products and Services, the goal is a clean, review-ready package that supports approvals and keeps purchasing and installation aligned.

Licensed contractor, as required by the project

An appropriately licensed contractor is used when permitted work requires it, based on the project type and local jurisdiction requirements.

Professional Engineer (PE), when engineering is required

Signed and sealed engineering documents are provided when required, including structural or civil requirements tied to the site and permitting review.

Manufacturer-authorized installer, when available

Install teams follow current manufacturer installation instructions and documented methods so closeout documentation and inspections stay straightforward.

NRPA Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), when inspection support is needed

Used for safety-focused review or inspection support when a project calls for it.

CPSC Public Playground Safety Handbook + ASTM standards referenced in submittals

Submittals reference recognized guidance and ASTM standards commonly used for equipment and surfacing review.

IPEMA certification, where available

Third-party IPEMA certification documentation is included when the selected products participate in the program.
