Site walk & concept. When helpful, I’ll schedule a visit and return a simple scaled sketch with options and good-better-best pricing.

Procurement support. I coordinate quotes, specs, and submittals, align with your purchasing method, and keep the schedule realistic.
Install & wrap-up. I stay with the project through installation, punch list, and warranty details, so turnover is straightforward.
