Local Playground Support for Virginia and West Virginia Projects
Kelly Lindsay & Bliss Products and Services
Kelly Lindsay, Virginia and West Virginia,
Bliss Products and Services Representative
I partner with schools, park departments, churches, HOAs, and municipalities across Virginia and West Virginia to plan commercial playground and park projects from concept through installation. Through Bliss Products and Services, I coordinate playgrounds, shade structures, surfacing, shelters, athletic equipment, and site furnishings into one organized plan so your team has a single point of contact from first walk-through to final inspection.
My territory covers communities across both states, from coastal cities in the Tidewater region to mountain towns in the Shenandoah Valley and West Virginia. If your project involves a playground, splash pad, shade, surfacing, sports courts, or site amenities in Virginia or West Virginia, there is a good chance it lands on my desk.
Most projects receive a compact package of two or three directions. Each set may include plan views, layout narratives, equipment cut sheets, quantity summaries, and your target date.
Getting started is straightforward. Send me a site address or map pin, a few photos, and your target date. I review grades, drainage, access paths, nearby uses, and local code or accessibility requirements, then size core components to your space and budget so reviewers can compare clear, buildable options.
Selections are tuned for Virginia and West Virginia conditions including heat, humidity, snow, hillside sites, and busy community use. I draw on my CPSI playground safety certification, OSHA 30, EM 385, CQM training, and PlayCore development work to recommend layouts and products that support safe fall zones, inclusive routes, and long term maintenance plans. Bliss Products and Services and I focus on durable finishes, practical details, and clean submittal packages so installations and inspections stay organized and on course.
