Clients & Credentials

Recognition, client comments, and project support for parks and schools across the Florida Panhandle

Tekesta Restroom Shelter

This page is a quick credibility reference for Florida Panhandle projects. With support from the designers, engineers, and installers at Bliss Products and Services, project scopes can move from early planning through closeout with specs and schedules built for heat, sun, salt air, wind, and storm season.

The notes below include brief closeout comments that we are allowed to share, recognition highlights, and current training and credentials.

Requests may start with a parks department, a school facility team, or a neighborhood association, but any local group or individual can begin the conversation. Review teams typically want clear plan views, inclusive product choices, durable materials, reliable coordination, and tidy submittals.

For meetings, grant files, or bid review, include the site location, target date, and the intended purchasing method (cooperative contract, bid, or quote). That allows the spec format and supporting documentation to be prepared correctly from the start.
Ready to price and purchase? Use the buttons below to call or email, and the next steps for pricing, submittals, and scheduling can be outlined.

Award-Recognized Design Examples

These award-recognized examples pull design cues and product selections from our manufacturing partners and the broader Bliss Products and Services network. They provide a practical way to compare what works on real sites, including layout flow, shade coverage, surfacing transitions, inclusive access routes, and long-term durability details.

If a similar approach fits your goals in the Florida Panhandle or Big Bend, I can turn the concept into a review-ready package your team can act on, including drawings, quantities, budget ranges, and current lead times tailored to your site and timeline.

Certifications - Florida Panhandle

Every project team is matched to the licensing, engineering, and documentation required for the scope. That can include DBPR-licensed contracting for permitted work, Florida-licensed PE involvement for engineered elements, manufacturer-authorized installation documentation, and the standards references used in submittals. Working with Bliss Products and Services, the goal is a clean, review-ready package that supports approvals and keeps procurement and installation aligned.

Florida DBPR-licensed contractor, as required by scope

Certified General Contractor, Certified Building Contractor, or the appropriate Florida license for permitted work.

Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE), when engineering is required

Signed and sealed engineering documents are used when required, including wind and structural requirements for the site.

Manufacturer-authorized installer, when certification is available

Install teams follow current manufacturer installation instructions and documented methods.

NRPA Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), when inspection support is needed

Used for safety-focused review or inspection support when a project calls for it.

CPSC Public Playground Safety Handbook + ASTM standards referenced in submittals

Submittals reference recognized guidance and ASTM standards commonly used for equipment and surfacing review.

IPEMA certification, where available

Third-party IPEMA certification documentation is included when the selected products participate in the program.

Panhandle projects benefit from practical documentation and product selections matched to coastal exposure and high-use conditions. Use the contact button to request credential details, submittal examples, or support aligned to your purchasing process.
