Expansion of Dunedin’s Hammock Park
Project Overview
In 2020, Dunedin’s Hammock Park underwent an exciting expansion with the addition of a stunning Cedar Pavilion, enhancing its role as a nature-filled haven for visitors. This project, made possible through Cedar Forest Products, seamlessly blended into the park’s natural landscape, offering more opportunities for the community to enjoy the outdoors. The pavilion perfectly complements the park’s serene trails, whimsical boardwalk, and vibrant butterfly garden, which have long been a draw for nature lovers in the area.
Previous Installation: GFRC Treefort Playground
This isn’t the first time Hammock Park has seen improvements to its outdoor attractions. In 2018, Bliss Products and Services installed the popular GFRC Treefort Playground, a nature-inspired play space that has become a favorite for families and children. The installation of this treefort playground aligns with Dunedin’s dedication to offering immersive, environmentally conscious play spaces that invite kids to engage with nature while having fun.
The Cedar Pavilion: A New Community Hub
