Burning Tree Apartments

Burning Tree Apartments wanted to refresh its shared playground so older children would have a bright, modern place to play close to home.

Project Details

The property team worked with Bobbie Moreland to replace an aging play structure with a new playground designed specifically for children ages 5 to 12. The updated layout features bold colors, multiple slides, and a variety of climbing elements that keep older kids moving and give them plenty of ways to challenge themselves. Open sightlines around the structure make it easy for parents and caregivers to supervise while children play.

Durable materials and safety surfacing were selected to stand up to daily use from residents and neighborhood friends. The new playground gives families a reason to spend more time outside together and adds a visible amenity that helps the community feel welcoming, active, and family friendly.

Personal Note:  I enjoyed helping Burning Tree Apartments turn this corner of the property into a real gathering spot for families.
