Project Inception and Development
Bliss Products and Services partnered with the City of Virginia Beach to create an extraordinary inclusive playground at Level Green Park. Designed to foster exploration, excitement, and accessibility, this new addition transforms the park into a vibrant hub for community play.
Design Features and Installation
At the heart of the playground is the Paralax Hub – an innovative three-tiered structure featuring rigid, slip-resistant belt decks connected by slack hammocks. The elevated second and third levels create inviting hangout zones and a variety of challenging climbing routes.

Surrounding the hub are three exhilarating slides, cable climbers, and a diverse range of climbing elements that encourage imaginative and active play. Every feature was carefully selected to ensure children of all ages and abilities can join in the fun.
