Name of Final Hero Project
I work with parks, schools, and town crews across Western North Carolina to build public spaces that pass code and hold up to mountain weather, freeze and thaw cycles, slopes, and soils. With Bliss Products and Services, I plan and supply coordinated sets so the final layout is practical, durable, and easy to maintain.

Send a site address or GPS pin, a short brief, and your target date. I will review photos or meet on site, check access routes and utilities, confirm clearances and footing needs, and right size play equipment, shade, surfacing, shelters, seating, sports and fitness pieces, and dog-park items for the space. I return two or three spec-ready choices with layout drawings, quantities, color sets, budget ranges, and lead-time windows.

Once you choose a direction, I schedule fabrication and delivery, coordinate certified installers, assemble submittals and inspections, and guide closeout before opening day. If it helps your budget or timeline, I can point you to cooperative contracts and fast-lead options.

Grants & Funding Support for Western North Carolina Communities

Finding funding can feel overwhelming. In Western North Carolina I point schools, churches, HOAs, and neighborhood groups to state and federal programs, foundations, and cooperative contracts. My role is the product side: I confirm codes, materials, and maintenance notes, and organize clean, build-ready specs and quotes. I do not write grants, but I connect you to dependable resources and keep the package compliant and easy to review.

Accessibility & Compliance

Grant applications often ask about ADA compliance and inclusive design. Equipment, surfacing, and layouts that support accessibility can strengthen your proposal.

Safety & Durability

Funders look for long-term value. Products like safety surfacing, shade, and quality furnishings show that your project is designed to last.

Community Impact

Grants often emphasize how a project benefits the community. Choosing features like pavilions, fitness stations, or bleachers demonstrates broad use and everyday value.
