From there, he right-sizes the core products and aligns play structures, climbers, shade, surfacing, shelters, seating, outdoor fitness, and dog-park elements to your wanted capacity, fall height requirements, and budget.

Purchasing teams can expect a short list of layout choices supported by plan views, simple 3D visuals, cut sheets, anchor and footing notes, quantity takeoffs, budget-range pricing, and lead-time guidance.  Decision makers can compare options efficiently taking into account that the materials and finishes that are selected for local exposure are practical to upkeep and can withstand coastal wind and salt air, stormwater conditions, and inland freeze-thaw cycles.

When the project advances, Neal coordinates fabrication and delivery and can support installation with our qualified partners or alongside your own chosen contractor. Submittals and key dates are tracked through closeout so the punch list is handled efficiently.

For projects in early planning or still in idea stage, Neal can share comparable projects, budget ranges, and a short internal summary that helps stakeholders align on direction.
