Start by sending a map pin, a quick sketch, or a few photos with your goals and target date. I check access routes, slope and drainage, utilities, setbacks, and any code items that affect layout. From that review I right-size the core pieces for your site and upkeep plan, matching play structures, climbers, shade canopies, surfacing, shelters, seating, outdoor fitness, and dog-park elements to capacity, fall heights, and budget.

You will receive two or three clear options with plan views, simple 3D images, spec sheets, anchor and footing notes, quantity takeoffs, pricing windows, and lead times so decision makers can compare quickly and move to approval. Finishes and materials are selected for our conditions, including coastal wind and salt air, stormwater exposure, and inland freeze and thaw cycles, which keeps maintenance practical over the long term.

When you are ready, I coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation with partners I trust or work alongside your contractor, track submittals and dates, and close the punch list so the space opens cleanly.
