I serve Florida Panhandle communities of all sizes, from Gulf-side towns to rural county seats. I help local teams plan outdoor spaces that feel welcoming and stand up to sun, salt, wind, and storm season. My focus is practical, code-ready solutions for play, shade, surfacing, shelters, and site amenities.

Send a map pin and your target date. I will review site photos or meet on site, sketch zones and access routes, check drainage, and size the right pieces. I confirm wind ratings, coatings, and mount types for our conditions, then return two or three buildable sets with drawings, quantities, quote ranges, and lead times.

After you choose, I schedule fabrication and delivery, coordinate certified installers, and package submittals and inspections. I stay on through punch list and closeout, and I will flag cooperative contracts or fast-lead options when they help your budget or schedule.
