I help account for these conditions in surfacing, footings, and layout decisions, and I coordinate finishes and materials that perform long term. For athletic areas, I can also incorporate seating and spectator elements like bleachers, team benches, and safety rail components where needed.

Share a sketch or basic plan view, a few photos, and the target date. I will return two or three buildable directions with drawings, key details, budget bands, and lead-time expectations. Once a direction is selected, I coordinate with the Bliss Products and Services team to finalize submittals and delivery planning so the project stays on track.
