I help cities, schools, and community groups across Central and Eastern South Carolina plan safe, durable places to play and gather. My job is to keep choices clear, timelines realistic, and specs tight so work moves forward.

To start, send a map pin, a few site photos, and your target date. I will return two or three right-sized concepts with layouts, cut sheets, planning ranges, and lead times that a review team can act on.

I focus on playgrounds, shade, safety surfacing, shelters, site furnishings, and sports equipment. Finishes and hardware are sized for our climate, including heat, rain, and coastal air.

Quotes are clear with planning ranges, and submittals stay complete so approvals go smoothly. When a compliant buying path is needed, I can route purchasing through cooperative contracts available with Bliss Products and Services.

I work with parks and recreation departments, public and private schools, landscape architects, contractors, and community groups. I can join at concept, during bid, or help with one-off purchases.
